Maxxyn Monthly Plan Services and Additional Offerings
At Maxxyn, we specialize in providing comprehensive digital marketing services through our flexible monthly plans. Our commitment is to empower your brand’s online presence and facilitate growth through strategic and targeted efforts. The core services included in our monthly plans are:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Enhancing your website’s visibility on search engines to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
- SMM (Social Media Marketing): Leveraging social media platforms to engage your audience, increase brand awareness, and drive conversions.
- Google and Meta Ads: Running effective pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google and Meta platforms to boost your online visibility and reach your target audience.
In addition to our monthly plan services, Maxxyn also offers specialized services to meet your diverse business needs. These services include:
- Logo Design: Crafting unique and memorable logos that represent your brand identity.
- Graphic Design: Creating visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials and platforms.
- Business and Ecommerce Website Development: Building custom websites tailored to your business requirements, whether for an online store or a corporate presence.
- Amazon E-Book Publishing: Assisting in the publishing process for your e-books on the Amazon platform.
It’s important to note that the aforementioned services, such as logo design, graphic design, business and ecommerce website development, and Amazon e-book publishing, are not included in our monthly plans. These services are offered separately and are project-based. The timeframe for completion may vary, ranging from one week to six weeks, depending on the complexity and scope of the specific project.

While we strive to optimize your online presence, we do not guarantee immediate or specific outcomes within a month, two months, or even a year. Client’s Role: Maxxyn and the client agree that successful collaboration is essential for the effective execution of digital marketing services. The client acknowledges and agrees to actively cooperate with Maxxyn throughout the duration of the engagement.
Autonomy of Maxxyn: The client recognizes that Maxxyn, as the digital marketing service provider, maintains autonomy in determining the most effective strategies, techniques, and methods to achieve agreed-upon objectives. The client shall not interfere with or dictate the specific procedures employed by Maxxyn.
Limited Client Input: While Maxxyn values client input, the client understands and agrees that they do not have the right to instruct Maxxyn on operational methods, tools, or specific tasks involved in the delivery of services.
Request for Changes: The client may politely request changes or adjustments to ongoing campaigns or projects. Maxxyn will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, provided they do not compromise the overall effectiveness of the services.
Costs for Additional Changes: In the event that the client requests changes beyond the agreed-upon scope, Maxxyn reserves the right to charge additional fees for the extra work involved. Any such charges will be communicated to the client before implementation.
Effective Communication: To ensure a smooth collaboration, both parties commit to maintaining open and transparent communication. Maxxyn will keep the client informed of progress, and the client shall promptly provide any information or feedback necessary for the successful execution of services.
Mutual Respect: Both parties agree to maintain a professional and respectful relationship. Any concerns or disputes regarding the collaboration shall be addressed through amicable discussion and resolution.
Maxxyn does not guarantee an increase in the following count on any social media platform for our clients. We firmly believe in delivering consistent and high-quality work to achieve meaningful and sustainable results. Our commitment lies in implementing effective digital marketing strategies rather than making promises related to specific metrics.
Cancellation Policy:
Maxxyn operates on a monthly subscription plan for its digital marketing services. Clients who wish to cancel their subscription may do so within the first 7 days of the subscription period. In the event of cancellation within this period, clients are required to pay a cancellation fee of 25% of the chosen plan’s monthly price.
After the initial 7 days, clients are committed to the entire monthly plan and are obligated to fulfill the complete payment for the ongoing month. Maxxyn does not entertain cancellations or refunds beyond the initial 7-day period.
Refund Process:
Refunds for cancellations within the first 7 days will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. The 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Client Satisfaction:
Maxxyn is committed to client satisfaction, and in cases where clients are dissatisfied with the services provided, we encourage open communication. If there are concerns or issues, clients are urged to contact our customer support team promptly to discuss potential resolutions.
Maxxyn reserves the full right to cease any ongoing work or services for a client if the client fails to make payments for the services rendered or in the event of other significant issues related to activities outlined in the agreement between Maxxyn and the client.
Before commencing any collaboration with Maxxyn, please ensure that you thoroughly read and understand our Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. It is imperative to be acquainted with the guidelines and regulations that govern our working relationship.
Upon submission of the form, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by Maxxyn’s Terms and Conditions. It is mandatory to adhere to these terms throughout the duration of our partnership.
